BRIEF
Creating and refining a suite of accessible information resources, serving the diverse needs of icare customers.

OBJECTIVES

  • Design clear, informative, and accessible resources that cater to a broad audience across various media.
  • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials, aligning with icare’s branding guidelines.
  • Produce digital resources that are not only visually engaging but also fully compliant with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.

SOFTWARE

  • Adobe InDesign for layout design and typography.
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro for ensuring PDF accessibility.

Discover a range of icare resources that combine thoughtful design with accessibility to serve the NSW community effectively.

Each document meets and is thoughtfully aligned with established accessibility standards, complete with metadata for digital ease of use, mirroring their print functionality.

This assortment includes various materials such as guidelines, preparation instructions for medical examinations, quick reference guides, and comprehensive booklets.

The displayed resources represent a snapshot of the ongoing work I undertake daily, all aimed at equipping icare customers with information that is both clear and readily accessible.

The examples below include cyber claims, dust disease care, construction types, mentally healthy workplaces, and worker compensation details.

Developing these materials is a testament to collaboration, often requiring several rounds of refinement with stakeholders and communication leads, and is a product of a united team’s dedication.
