Explore a portfolio of thoughtfully designed, accessible resources I created at icare to serve the NSW community effectively.

During my tenure at icare, I developed various resources that seamlessly integrated thoughtful design with strict accessibility standards. Each document adheres to WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines, incorporating metadata for digital ease of use while maintaining consistent design and usability in print.

My portfolio includes guidelines, medical examination preparation instructions, quick reference guides, and comprehensive booklets. These materials were crafted to provide clear and accessible information to icare customers, covering diverse areas such as cyber claims, dust disease care, construction types, mentally healthy workplaces, and workers compensation.

Creating these resources involved collaborative refinement with stakeholders and communication leads, demonstrating effective teamwork and a commitment to quality outcomes.
